General Booking

  • How do I book F1 tickets through Enzo GP? Easy, just head over to our Ticket page. 
  • Can I build my own package or do I have to choose from set options? Of course, this business was built around the fan's needs. You can go anywhere, anytime, via any form of transport...well make it hapen. 
  • Are tickets purchased through Enzo GP official and guaranteed? Absolutely, not only are we approved sellers through most circuits, be we also partner with F1 official re-sellers to ensure tickets are fairly priced and sourced correctly. 
  • How far in advance should I book my tickets or packages? This is race dependant, some races sell out fairly quickly, where as some dont. For the likes of Silverstone, or Monaco for example, tickets are available 1 year in advance. 

Payments

  • What payment options do you offer? Multiple; we have pay in full, pay in 4, crypto currency, and all major cards are accepted. 
  • Can I pay in instalments (Pay in 4)? Yes of course, 25% deposit is required upon initial purchase, then 3 further payements. You can however settle the full amount at anytime. 
  • Do you accept cryptocurrency? Yes, we do. 
  • Is there a booking fee? No, there is not. We absorb the cost via our partners. 

Tickets & Packages

  • What’s the difference between Grandstand tickets and Hospitality packages? Tickets are classed as a single purchase, for example a Fri-Sun ticket for Grandstand A, thats essentailly all you get. Where as Hospitality packages are premium, or VIP, tickets which includes transport, flights, excursions, and accommodation. 
  • Do my tickets include access to the full race weekend? If a weekend ticket is purchased (Fri-Sun or Sat & Sun).
  • Can I upgrade my tickets later? Absolutely, we cater for all scenarios.
  • Are children’s tickets available? Yes, mainly Grandstand or General Admission. 

Travel & Accommodation

  • Do packages include flights and hotels? If it's part of the agreed package details, then yes. 
  • Can I book accommodation separately through you? Of course, we have multiple partners who can help. 
  • Do you provide airport transfers or local transport options? Yes we can, this will need to be agreed/arranged as part of the package. It's not always required, so worth remembering.  

Race Day Experience

  • When will I receive my tickets? Earliest will be 10 days, latest will be 2 days before the race.
  • How do I collect my tickets? Some tickets can be collected when you arrive at the circuit. 
  • What should I bring with me to the circuit? Always check the weather....If it's raining come prepared, if it's hot, stay hydrated. Other than that, bring whatever you need. 
  • Do you offer VIP experiences such as Paddock Club or team tours? Absolutely, we can facilitate what ever is required. Teams like Williams, Haas, Red Bull are available for tours. 

Refunds & Cancellations

  • What happens if the race is postponed or cancelled? Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page in "About us".
  • Are tickets refundable or transferable? This will be managed on a case by case basis, please contact us for more information.

  • How can I contact Enzo GP if I need help with my booking? Bookings@enzogp.com
  • Do you provide support during race weekends? Yes, for packages/hospitality, one of our Fan Managers will be attending the race to assist our clients. For ticket holders, you will receive an itinerary, and a detailed overview of the weekend including emergency contacts.
