1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Enzo Grand Prix Motorsport Hospitality LLC ("Enzo GP," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates under Trade Licence Number 2538684.01.
We act solely as an agent on behalf of third-party suppliers and organisers of motorsport events including Formula 1, MotoGP, and Formula E. By using our website and making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not proceed with any purchase or interaction.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to act on behalf of all members of your party. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Services Provided
We offer the following services:
Event Ticket Sales (Non-Package Bookings)
Complete Travel & Hospitality Packages (Package Bookings), which may include tickets, accommodation, transportation, and other services.
5. Contract Formation
A binding contract is formed once full payment is received and a booking confirmation email is issued by Enzo Grand Prix Motorsport Hospitality LLC. All bookings are subject to availability.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
Prices are inclusive of UAE VAT (where applicable).
Prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and bank transfer.
Full payment is required for tickets and packages at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Deposits and Payment Terms
For driving tours or custom travel packages, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
Final payment deadlines will be communicated during the booking process.
8. Amendments, Transfers & Cancellations by You
All changes must be requested in writing to: bookings@enzogp.com.
(a) Amendments: Subject to availability and a standard fee of £30 plus any third-party charges.
(b) Transfers: Name changes or transfers require 7 days' notice and may incur fees.
(c) Cancellations: Refunds are subject to the timing and nature of the cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable. Full details will be provided during the booking process.
(d) COVID-19: Standard cancellation fees apply regardless of travel advisories or personal health status. We recommend appropriate travel insurance.
9. Changes and Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to make necessary changes to your booking. If changes are significant, we will offer the option to accept them or cancel with a refund (excluding non-refundable deposits and third-party costs).
10. Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to war, terrorism, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions.
11. Insurance
We strongly advise all customers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes event cancellation, personal injury, and COVID-19-related issues. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient cover.
12. Third-Party Responsibility Disclaimer
We act solely as an agent. We are not liable for any failure, service quality, cancellation, or acts or omissions by third-party providers. Any claims must be directed to the relevant supplier.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of a dispute, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sharjah Courts.
14. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable regulations. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
15. Financial Protection
Where applicable, bookings including flights may be ATOL protected. Other travel services may be protected by ABTOT. Details will be provided at the time of booking.
16. Customer Service & Complaints
All complaints should be directed to: bookings@enzogp.com. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 3 working days and resolve them within 14 working days. Escalations may be submitted to an independent arbitration body such as ABTOT.
